The Monaco Grand Prix occupies a unique position in Formula 1's calendar—a race that somehow manages to be both utterly captivating and completely underwhelming at the same time. Having experienced it firsthand, I'm left wondering whether the event's legendary status stems from the racing itself or simply from everything that surrounds it.
